Only joking. Kaka what a player.

Yeah mate broke bone in his hand will know more at end of the week. He is out for next match although I would say he should be grand to play Milan.

I have them.

Were going with a group, paid 1100Euro's. The ticket's are for The Green section but not with Celtic. One minute were hearing we can get in the next were told we wont be allowed because only Milan fans are allowed in.

Will we get into the green part with
(A) Celtic jersey
(cool.gif Milan jersey

I paid a fortune for the trip and Im going I just dont no weather to go with Celtic jersey or not. There has been about 4,000 others who are going this way. We will all be in Milan end we dont really care about that because we doubt there will be trouble.
*

Fair play to that! That's some serious money. Hope you have an awesome time (whilst losing of course devil.gif). Even with 67,500, the San Siro will be still be a sight. Make sure you get some pictures and post them back here! cool.gif

Thanks very much course I will post my video's if I get in of course. Seriously though would be very very pissed off if I didnt get in after paying that kinda money. Hopefully they will not be strict I mean if you have a ticket with your name and DOB on it how in gods name could they refuse us in. Wasnt like that for Celtic v Milan more than welcome into our part and very nice too it must be said.

One more question for ye? If I was in Milan end around aload of fans and Celtic scored would they be pissed off enough to start a fight? If they scored I would be going crazy will be going crazy anyway's singing and that but would a fight happen? Was told to stay away from the Red part Ultras or something go there.

Milan's tifosi would welcome you as well but it's not into the fans' purview to let you in. All this is happening because of the tragic death of a policeman after a Sicilian derby in case you haven't heard.

I don't think they will but you will be able to tell yourself. Seems like you've been at your matches so you will "feel it in the air"...

I don't think you will score anyway! tongue.gif

You have to remember that you're going at a very sensitive time (in terms of security checks at Italian games). The Catania incident caused uproar (rightly so), and I would imagine that they'll be doing things by the book for a quite a while.

Just make sure you remember to take ID with you if your name is on the ticket - I can't see many problems if that's the case.
Hoops fan
DST course I heard who hasn't but at the end of the day it wasnt us no offence intended. Were been told that we wont get in then we will, really doing my head in. Leaving this day week dont know what to do. Sorry to hear about the cop but thats derby's two sides hate each other. All we want is to go there watch our team play and win or lose have a great time.

To be honest dont know if we will score but Jan wasnt fully fit had a few chances, if he was fully fit he might of made one or two of them and if we get a Naka freekick you never know what will happen. Anyone didnt see the matych should go to www.youtube.com put in Milan and Celtic nice little display hope San Siro is a good sight.

Cheers M1ke I know this is only a fans website but if anyone could find out for sure if we will get into Milan's end wearing Celtic colours would be very grateful if you would drop me a PM or something.

And by the way Im sorry to say you might not agree players who dived like your player cant remember his name should be sent off. Only a yellow not nice to see players doing that guess thats just the name of the game wouldnt be nice to a win that way.

I hear Milan is going 4-3-3 some how I fear for us.
dst
The guy who dived was Gila. Wasn't it like the worse acting ever ? biggrin.gif

I don't think a player should get a red card for that though.

Just to be sure I think you should check (and maybe email) Celtic's own website and/or Milan's one (acmilan.com).

I hope for a good game!!

Milan always plays in a 4-4-2 diamond (usually the 4-3-1-2 or 4-1-2-1-2) -OR- xmas tree 4-3-2-1.

4-3-3 is ghey. (hup! Barcelona hup!) wink.gif

DST Celtic are saying not to go unless you have a ticket for CELTIC end which I dont. But then again we hear that at every european cup clash. But were been told not to go even if we have a ticket if it is in Milans end any part at all. Only 4,500 ticket's so maybe another 4,500 getting ticket's in Milan part, will be very angry if dont in after paying a fortune for me and the woman her money isnt in that price either got a loan to go.

Hows Milan's striker's? All back fit?
Portugal thanks I was told 4-4-3 I believe a Milan player said it after the match. Not only that would like to say have the most respect for your team, when they came on the field your players really amazed by the crowd singing you'll never walk alone. Here is one link to it taken from Milan fan sorry Mods if its not allowed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAzkfX_-_XA its not the longest and doesnt show the players coming near the end the crowd just sings would bring a tear to my eye you can one or two Milan fans boo dont know why but they clap near the end which is nice.

I don't want to disappoint you since your ticket is not for Celtic's end I think you will not be allowed to enter San Siro with a Celtic jersey on. The stadium officials wouldn't take the slightest risk cause it's a difficult period for Italian football... you'd be better off with a Milan shirt or regular clothing...

Gattuso: Celts are fan-tastic

RINO Gattuso heaped praise on the Celtic support, insisting Italian fans could learn from the Parkhead faithful. Related Topics
Sports

The AC Milan star and World Cup winner revelled in the electric Park-head Champions League atmosphere and insists that is how supporters should follow their teams.

Italian football has been rocked by the sickening death of policeman Filip-po Raciti during violent clashes between fans from Catania and Palermo.

It brought to a head the escalating hooligan problems engulfing football in Italy and Gattuso hopes fans have now seen the proper way to get behind their teams.
Gattuso said: "I like the atmosphere because it's good that the Italian supporters can see something like this.

"It's different in Italy and maybe they can learn something from the way the Scottish supporters get behind their team."

As a former Rangers player, every time Gattuso touched the ball he was jeered but he enjoyed that.

He said: "Of course, I got a special welcome but that doesn't bother me, it's normal because I played for Rangers. I wouldn't expect anything else.
"It's not as if I used to play for Celtic - and even if I had then the supporters would probably have been even angrier with me."

Six time European Cup winners Milan are favourites to progress to the last eight following the 0-0 draw against Celtic.

Gattuso is confident they can finish off the Hoops Champions League aspirations in the San Siro as he vowed they will go for the jugular in the second leg.
He said: "It was a hard game because Celtic are a very aggressive side when they are at their own stadium.

"But AC Milan played very well and we created chances to score three or four goals.

"We didn't take any of them but that's OK - it was still a beautiful game as far as I was concerned.

"We had to come to Glasgow and play a hard game at a difficult ground.

"We played with only one striker at Celtic Park in a 4-4-1-1 formation but when we get them back to Italy we will probably play 4-3-3.

"Carlo Ancelotti has a lot of respect for Celtic and that is why we played the game this way.

"A 0-0 draw was what we wanted - 90 minutes in the San Siro is going to be very different."

@Hoopes fan ..

Good luck on the return leg. U'll need it, we have Inzaghi back.

The first leg was very tough .. Physical game, but at the San Siro .. It will be fast and smart football that Milan will play.

I predict a 2-0 in Milan's favour.

That was Gilardino, and I hope you're not offended by what I'm going to say but Jorasik put in a dive as bad as that one to win you the free-kick that won the game against Man U, so I think we should all just forget about it, because all players dive nowadays, it's a big part of football sadly.

We will most likeley play a 4-3-1-2 but everyone consider's Kaka as a striker, that's why Rino said it will be a 4-3-3

Naka to miss Milan clash

Ex-Reggina midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura faces a nervous wait to find out if he will be able to play against Milan in Celtic’s crucial Champions League tie. The Japanese international broke a bone in his hand during the Bhoys’ win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Saturday and is waiting to hear whether he will be able to take part at the San Siro. Nakamura did manage to finish the weekend’s match despite his injury and is eager to feature in Italy, with the match tied at 0-0 after the first leg in Glasgow.

I don't really care. If we are worth to be called rossoneri we're going to beat them anyway!

Apart from his free-kicks I don't see what's so special about him...

He barely got a sniff in against us and when he did get the ball he didn't do anything special.

I don't care if he plays, as dst said, we should be able to beat them, if not, then we don't deserve to be in the competition
Rossoneri7
So Roma is playing in France next week .. 0 - 0 against Lyon in Rome is, as Galliani would say, the worst of good results biggrin.gif

But I believe they can beat Lyon this season.

Valencia will brush off Inter at the Mastella .. Nothing more to say.

Bayern Munich has it all to play for in the Allenz Arena .. If Fabio's team doesnt score in the first half, Madrid are going down burning.

Barcelona will be locked out by Liverpool at Anfield, Liverpool will advance without a problem.

Porto has a chance to kick out Chelsea too, unless Terry is back and in form.

- I guess next week will be a busy one, especially as Milan will advance without having to think twice cool.gif

Actually in Roma's case... it's the best of the bad results! tongue.gif

Roma will fail but Inter I think will fight hard for qualification. And so will Barcelona who I believe are going to go through in the end. It's do or die for the Merda... if they fail to win the CL this year (at least to reach the final) then they never will.

Porto has no chance at all. And I really can't guess who, between Bayern and Real are going to make it to the next round

I think Roma will pass and Valencia will overcome the merda. But this is just a gut feeling ..

Inter, if they dont pass Valencia (highly doubt they will..), as u said they never will.

Bayern and Madrid is a close call .. Bayern's new coach (actually old coach..) has won alot with Bayern and is an expert in knockout rounds, unlike Fabio.

Chelsea and Porto ... Well ur right, but I could be too .. Cuz Porto tied with Chelsea in portugal .... IN London, Porto could hit Chelsea ... (wouldnt u want to see S7's face when that happens biggrin.gif )

I don't think that will be the case. People here are already relating this victory for Liverpool, beating a big club, like they did a few years ago when they won it. They are far more confident this time around and I think that will hinder them, somehow I can see Eto'o showing Rijkaard why he should stay in Barcelona in this game.

As for Porto not a chance in my opinion, Chelsea haven't exactly played well away this season in their terms. However their home is still like a fortress and I think they will breeze through, especially after gaining the away goal even though in this example that doesn't change much.

Ash at Anfield, Barcalona dont have to guts .. Liverpool havent been defeated this season at Anfield in the premiership (they only lost to Arsenal is the Fa and CC cup at Anfield..) .. And Barca arent familier with the atmosphere of such a place (Liverpool fans) .. I think it will be a heated even that Liverpool have it all to play for and will go to the next round.

In Chelsea's case, Chelsea have the advantage. But if Porto score first, Mourinho is literally f@cked.
