Fillipo Simone
I`d really like him...its been reported that Liverpool are after him and offering 20 millions Euros. Thats a prize I would agree for, cause Mancini is that much worth. He would give us the needed offensive approach for the right side, and he is still pretty young, which gives much space for improvement,.. cool.gif
kurtsimonw
He's one of the best players in Serie A if you ask me.

Definetly worth E20m. If Liverpool got him that would be huge, but with Dani Alvez costing the same price, I very much doubt they'll go for both.

I don't see us spending that kind of money, though. Unfortunately. sad.gif
Rossoneri7
He is a brilliant player, but Milan don't use wingers .. So, this depends on Carlo .. If he wants him or not ..

Roma's Mancini? I think he's mediocre really...
Costacurta
No thanks.

Not a fan of either him or wingers in general. Neither are Milan as was pointed out.
He would be a massive waste of 20 Million euros, which must be a lot of pounds!!

Let Liverpool have him. They seem to be spending sillly money on players not worth it. And yes I am talking about Torres. i know there are fans of his here, but I'm not one of them!

Good for the bench eh wink.gif

If you're looking for a right winger, key player, scores important goals and is a step-over genius, there's only one man you should think of!

Cristiano who? cool.gif

Mancini owns Lyon

Yes and Borriello is better than Totti... cool.gif
Fillipo Simone
Two big advantages for Dani Alves are that he can play a RB and is about 3 years younger. But Mancini would not have needed time to adapt,...

I dont think he is mediocre,..scored about 30 goals in 4 years, which is very good for a midfielder playing along with Totti,..

He's more like a winger.

But I really admire him. He won't come for sure as dst doesn't like him. biggrin.gif
dst
happy.gif We can do better than that...
Rossoneri7
With Guily in Roma now .. I believe, Mancini could be on his way out ..

He has a contract problem with Roma at the moment and it is reported that Milan are willing to spend 25M/Euro plus a 5M/ season contract on Mancini.

The problem is Carlo's tactics and how Mancini would cope with Carlo's rigid formation.

----------------------------------------------

IMO, Milan don't use wingers .. But I wouldn't say no to him, he is a quality player. Who could do well to come of the bench and add width to our play.
KillerMax
Mancini coming off the bench? biggrin.gif The guys is a **** as porty likes to say. He would never fit in well with us...

I agree.

I think he's a superb player and he's really came into his own the last few years. But with him being a winger, I really don't see us getting him. sad.gif
Rossoneri7
Yeah .. I know that Carlo doesn't play with wingers, but how do you explain Sergio ? I mean .. He is 35 or 36 by now .. Surely he is too injury prone. And Mancini can play on the left. He is quick and has a good cross/shoot ..

I'm not quite sure if there is anything about the rumors, but hypothetically speaking, he would add some width to the team.

Serginho doesn't plat as a LW, he plays at LB... and he wouldn't even play if it wasn't for Silvio's undying love for him!

... what I meant was that it doesn't matter if he's a LW cause he is always fielded at LB!

Mancini wouldnt accept coming off the bench, he would want to be a first team player, and to be honest there would not be much space for him

As mentioned before, we dont use wingers

They're two reasons I don't think he'll ever join.

He's a winger, which everybody knows we just don't use. He's not going to sit on the bench either.

Why leave Roma who finished second, where you were a key player. To go to Milan, he finished 4th, where you'll sit on the bench? It doesn't add up for him at all.

Maybe cuz he knows, Milan will go back to finishing at 1st or 2nd, while Roma will get their usual 4th spot back biggrin.gif

He'll stay in Rome. He just trying to get a better salary.
Jack Sparrow
Look for me there's no doubt that any player in the world promised first team action in Milan would think twice about coming over.

Mancini wouldn't come to a team placed 4th? Well why would he want to stay in a team that got humiliated 7-0??!! ohmy.gif

And then the team placed 4th comes over and does the job on Man U??

Naah kurt...it's not about the player wanting Milan, it's about Milan wanting the player. If we tried half as hard for Mancini as we're doing for Eto'o or R20, he'd be ours.

You may be right in some ways, I guess it depends on the person. Pato will more than likely come to us, because we want him. Suazo on the other hand, didn't.
