Nah, Juventus is lucky today. More luck, less know-how. But that's the new-old Juve.
Hope their CL obligations will make them loose a match?! If at all possible

It's not like it will make a difference for us. I personally can't see us in the race, even if I look at it from multiple angles. We just do not have the squad for it, especially if we end up with the same injury load of last season and Mexes is sold

It's an official channel, so it won't be.

The only thing is that they are constrained to 2 minute highlights, which isn't that bad once you think about it. Full 1080p too. Let's just hope they are quick to upload the videos after the matches.

Bizarre. Sion sign Rino and another former Ranger in Kyle Lafferty. Now they're getting DP?
What's so attractive about FC Sion?

Can someone explain the Julio Cesar situation?
How does one of the best goalkeepers on earth get told by a pretty wealthy Inter to accept a cut in wages, and then decide 'no' and end up at some bottom-feeding EPL side?
Could he not have got a better gig than that? Why did they want to pay less.
I respect his honesty in saying it literally is about the money, but couldn't he have done a LITTLE better than QPR?
kurtsimonw
Aug 29 2012, 03:15 PM
Of the very few teams that would offer more than QPR, they wouldn't need JC anyway. Though I'm with you in that I don't understand why Inter don't want him anymore.

He was on very heavy wages.
He has been error-prone.
They don't want to make the 'mistake' we did with Dida.

If you employ one of the top 3 or 4 goalies on earth, of course he'll be on a wage to match it!
Error prone? I can't think of a single goalkeeper who has never made errors, and that includes the magnificent Buffon, Hart and Cassilas.
What mistake do you mean?

Anyone who feels Hart is not in the top 5 on earth right now is not a regular watcher of City.
Zed.D
Aug 29 2012, 05:54 PM
Does that make him magnificent like Iker and Buffon, though? Hart needs to perform like this for another 10 years to be compared with those two. but he's an English keeper so I wouldn't bet on it.
kurtsimonw
Aug 29 2012, 06:57 PM
1. Casillas
2. Buffon
3. Hart
For me that's the order. I don't think nationality has any bearing on things. Hart is one of the most confident footballers I know of, especially for a keeper.

Maybe a penalty but not a red card. He was pushed by Danilo to the direction of the keeper and the players already caught him. It's a yellow at best.

Sep 2 2012, 07:39 PM

At second look, the Danilo foul was outside the box. If not for that push, Giovinco wouldn't be flying into the keeper. But it's not a red card no matter how you look at it.
