Ujfalusi: Scored a goal to keep Fiorentina in third place. Can defend well, but also great in supporting the midfield and playing the ball forward. Does leave lots of space though and a team like Juventus could capitalize on that.
Mandelli: Solid defending to earn Chievo a victory and three points.
Kaka: Is making his presence known and is aiming correctly at the net now as before he would shot but the ball would go wide. He can be a World Player of the year.
Seedorf: The veteran still has tricks up his sleeve. Having a great three weeks.
Pirlo: Great goal. One of the world’s great free kick takers. The rest better pay attention. Pirlo’s promise could turn to reality.
Figo: Played well, tried hard to inspire the troops. Got yellow carded so he must learn to control his emotions though. Is still a capable player though.
Gilardino: Finally getting in the groove of things. If he can start scoring more goals then he will truly be a player to be reckoned with. Has the potential to be a great goal scorer. Lippi will be watching his progress closely.
Tavano: Scored a goal to keep Empoli in the upper half of the table. He wants to play for Inter. Well good games and goals will aid him into getting noticed.
Toni: Just keeps on scoring. For that he is on the list. Fiorentina bought a great player and he gives the Azzurri plenty of options up front. If Marcello can get Italy to play consistent offensive soccer and the strikers get in the groove, then the Azzurri will be a team to be reckoned with and Toni will be the lead man.
