Sarcasm? huh.gif If not, then this most probably takes into account visiting teams only? Opponents! biggrin.gif tongue.gif

No, not sarcasm, I'd just assumed Messi had scored 6 in a row there before (which he probably has). I heard that he's the first player ever to score in 6 consecutive Clasicos away from home.
acid911
True. smile.gif It wasn't explained that very well.
Zed.D
I don't remember El Classico played in broad daylight before.
Zed.D
LOOOOL. 5th minute, 1-0. Benz.

1-1 Messi. give him space one moment and he scores.

Jordi Alba shows middle finger to Real fans while celebrating Messi's goal. both teams are full of classless pieces of ****.

Give me more El Divingoooo!!!!!

Nah. dry.gif

It's happening now?

Even our media isn't interested in showing it live laugh.gif
Zed.D
Bunch of divers/actors...
han2503
Wow, Barca are in one huge downward spiral right now

Hope it continues for at least another 2 weeks biggrin.gif

The Real B team did a good job on them
kurtsimonw
Embarassing for Barca.
Milan Are Brilliant
Watched the 2nd half, introduction of CR7 changed the game, no doubt.

Barca are all over the place, for their normal quality.

From barcaforum:

We are finished the dream team is falling apart well done Rossel what you wanted is happening .

Once and for all, RIP dream team v 2.0. That's it.

Rossoneri7
I believe everyone in the football world was waiting for something like this to happen. Maybe after dominating for so long, they need to reboot. The change of coaches has taken its toll I believe, as three coaches in one season doesn't help in stability, so that should be one slippery hole Barca are falling into.

They will be back though, that I am sure of ... I just hope they don't make their comeback against us!
X-Offender
Eh, they will still win La Liga though.
dst
You never know.

Just read this on Casillas' wiki page.

QUOTE
One weekend as a young child, Casillas forgot to post his father’s football predictions on the weekend his father had correctly predicted all 14 results. The family lost out on an estimated €1.2m (£1m).
X-Offender
Well, he surely did make up to that.
X-Offender
So, Messi designed Mundo Deportivo's front page for next Wednesday, which states: "To the quarters!", implying Barça will pass against us.

acid911
Pathetic, sad little fuccers, eh? sleep.gif I remember all the hoopla Barcelona made before their Inter match a few years back (which was an amazing defensive effort from the cousins, by the way). It bordered on mental rage both with the Barcelona team and the Catalan media. They just wanted to play and win the final in Madrid's stadium.

Fingers crossed, the team is up for the job. In fact, I hope we score a goal and get to see their mugs. What Inter did with 10-players (Sergio Biscouts, remember?) was absolutely amazing. biggrin.gif I want something similar.
han2503
They're such arrogant pr!cks!!!

What worries me about the game is that they will undoubtedly have a huge chip on their shoulder and will want to prove themselves considering the 3 consecutive losses against us and Real. We need to put in a huge effort to get through that's for sure as they won't take this lieing down
kurtsimonw
Barca will get a penalty. We will get a red card. It's just whether we can hold on. dry.gif

The image of Messi holding that paper/board looks totally photoshoped to me. nevertheless, nothing wrong with it IMO as long as they put their money where their mouth is. they're trying to motivate themselves I guess rolleyes.gif

The picture on the right is just laugh.gif
Zed.D
By Photoshoped I mean he's just photographed holding a blank card and then the front page was added later.

Well they got 2 last season for invisible fouls and we still managed to score an away goal in that 3-1 defeat in the quarters.

I think the problem there was that we had nothing to hold onto from the first leg so we couldn't be as defensive as we would have wanted to. This time it's different and I'm sure the players will put in as much effort as they did in that first leg. They simply have to be ready to clear whatever Barca choose to throw at us. 100% commitment is what's required and after that scare against Arsenal last season I'm hoping they've learnt their lesson

Yeah, no doubt that's Photoshoped. Messi isn't like that at all to be honest, pretty humble guy in the main.

& lol at that referee image, quality laugh.gif laugh.gif
Zed.D
Come on man! it's got nothing to do with who is holding that, could've been Ronaldo and I still would've said it's Photoshopped.
kurtsimonw
He was actually defending Messi.

I still don't get all the talk about the calls Barcelona get in Europe.

Really? I'm just so confused. sorry to Ash if he actually meant what he said. I thought he was being sarcastic.. because let's be honest, humble as he 'still' may be, Messi is not quite the person he was a few years ago.

Last season against us alone they had more calls than most teams get in a season.

Didn't strike me as sarcasm when I read it. I could be wrong.

They did not have that many calls. And they also had a clear penalty denied in San Siro and the tie would be over from the first leg.

I'm not saying they're not getting calls, I'm saying in all the ties people say the other team was robbed Barcelona had big bad calls against them so I don't think they have the refs on their side. That's in the CL.

I agree, to an extent. They've had plenty of ref calls in their favor, but they've also been robbed a few times as well. The two Inter ties, for example. Blatant penalty on Alves denied and Milito offside goal in the San Siro match, and regular goal disallowed to Bojan in the Camp Nou game, which would have sent them to the final. Or the penalty in the first game against us last season, like you said.

I liked some 'I hate Barcelona' page on Facebook a few days ago, they post some pretty hilarious stuff.

Is Morata Benzema's nickname?
Zed.D
Nah, that's the French Ronaldo smile.gif you have to admit he plays like the Brazilian albeit at a much lower level! but Morata is a different animal.

Benzema is the French Heskey. Except Heskey could actually play at some point. tongue.gif
