It's in response to the 'Lippi to Milan' stories, zd. Whatever the truth of the matter is, I doubt Galliani would ever publicly say 'Look, if we don't make the semis in this year's CL and if we don't qualify for next year's CL, Ancelotti is out on his @ss.' So...the above statement is gallianispeak.

What she says zd, relax! In any case, what matters is the players that will come in, not the coach. Cause no one can win the scudetto with one XI...

Hold the phone!!! Frey\ Zambrotta \ Nasri \ Benzema all in one transfer window?
This is Milan we are talking about here... after all.
Zambrotta and a forward + Ferrari(free) = what the directors have in mind.

People can wait if they don't believe, but Ferrari and Darmian are the defenders our management's gonna bring to fill God's empty place. I really doubt there'll be a world class defender in Milan next season. ESPECIALLY if we win the CL again.

One concerns OM's Samir Nasri, stating that Milan may make a bid for him and include Gourcuff as part of the package. (Having seen Nasri play, I'd say go for it).
Too bad that's just fantacalcio.
I'd love to see Nasri in Milan, though I hate the french.

thats about what we need if we have any intentions of winning anything next season.
but then again this milan were talking about... our squad might be left in disarray if we get more than 2-3 players... some of them might have their confidence shook. i mean were talking about 5 year olds here

but coming out with the same old excuses, that the team chemistry will be effected and that we are fine just as we are is just pure BS.
either our management is incompetent and slow at transfers or are unwilling to spend but it seems to be a little combination of both.

Boriello from Genoa or buying an old free transfer. I too hope for Benzema but sadly a hope is all that it is

About Drogba and Amauri; both are excellent players but not (as) pacey (as we need)! I think what we desperately need is quick feet.

Feb 25 2008, 09:15 PM
It's been almost a month since I last posted this, and I know it's pretty much a done deal but:

BRING US ZAMBROTTA!
We also - sorry, MizNelson! - need a new keeper. While I'd love to see Adler at Milan, I'd be perfectly happy with Livorno's Marco Amelia.
It'd be nice to get reinforcement in the centre of defense too - ideally Palermo's Barzagli or maybe Roma's Mexes.
I'd love to see a creative midfielder like a Modric or a Moutinho or Veloso.
And yeah, the striker issue. Benzema would be my first choice. Not sure who'd be a second choice, though. Amauri has a [insert Porty's favourite word here] attitude, Rossi is possibly just too small physically for what Milan need, I really don't want to see the English Student back (sorry, Misha!) so....I honestly dunno here.
Do I think all of the above is likely to happen? Nah. But if we get Zambrotta + keeper + striker, it's at least a start.

I disagree. I would much rather see Boriello and pozzi come back than Oli. I mean i don't really know what Olivera or how rather that he is doing but to see
Boriello play yesterday we need him and we were smart to hang onto him three beautiful goals. Then the question comes about boriello is, Is he only good on a small team or can he handle the pressure that he will have to put up with to make the Milan frst XI??
Personally i would like:
-Boriello / Benzema (preferably)/Both??
-Nasri / Modric
-zambrotta
-Ferrari ( dont exactly want him but could he hurt?)
-GK ( Ochoa, Adler Tennie, or amelia)
-One that nobody else has said maybe Drenthe he has no spot on Madrid and he is very talented but if we get Zambrotta we dont need him
With these additions we are definately a top contender of Europe and the league
