+1
Plus we had Pirlo...the same player that became a "star" at juBe. I tend to ignore that guy's agenda driven opinions totally though...JuBe don't even have decent cf ffs
As regards the mercato....would have preferred getting Kaka knowing fully well his limitatations than expecting the currently zero Balotelli to become our hero that's just me though

I didn't say any of this, which is why I'm stopping at "I couldn't disagree with you more".
I know you didn't say that. But I think it's safe to say that we all know each other on here quite well. And that is my interpretation of how you weigh the performance of the 2 coaches. i.e making multiple excuses for Allegri at every turn while always saying that Carlo never delivered as he should have, while taking into consideration the strength of our opponents at each particular time.
I know you disagree, but I made a very valid point imo

Also, I seriously do not understand what you see in Allegri that merits such plaudits on your part. A very average coach and an absolutely terrible man manager. And you're a person that admires Mourinho a lot. One of the best man managers we've seen in this era

Because if he is then imo that's the end of any hope for the deal.
Why would he be called up for a game when he's supposedly on the verge of leaving the club?

I disagree. Our "project" is about youth, and evidently players like Shaarawy, Niang, the Empoli guy and the Brescia guy get this. Who cares if Strootman doesn't want Milan. I don't think it's about projects, especially not for young players - it's about money and their personal preferences.

I'm with Strootman, take the money while you can. You might barely play and sit on the bench, but who cares, you'll have a big contract you will earn a lot of money on and if you don't make it into the team you still have a career ahead of you. Just look at players like Sahin.

Height man, height.

The taller you are at CB, the slower you usually are. Unless you are that special someone like Nesta or more that can read games. For the sake of everyone here I hope this Salamon guy is good at reading games. At 6 foot 4, he just has to be, otherwise he'll always be slow to react.
Brescia and Serie B are another matter entirely - some very lethal striker play here at the very top.
